Big News and Life Changes
It’s been a moment since I posted on my blog and in that time I’ve been taking the time and space to allow for personal growth and development while refocusing and shifting my business, my goals and my dreams. This little cocoon phase of my life had a lot of change going on that I didn’t want to speak too soon without a clearer vision what was actually going on. While the lessons I’ve learned in this time could stem off and become a blog if its own making, I’m happy to be in the space where I feel ready to speak about the changes in the making.
Over the past few months, I've officially made the plunge and commitment to move myself and my business to Salt Lake City, UT. If you asked me initially why, I would say I don’t really know, but my inner wisdom would tell you my roots were starting to feel a little overgrown in my tiny planter and I was ready to truly examine the foundations of many aspects of my life. My early childhood shaped me in Colorado, and a large part of who I grew into as a woman began in California, so it is no coincidence that entering this new era of my life would be met with a fresh start right in the very middle. I’m drawn to the access to the mountains with the population and events that the city has available to offer.
What does this mean? It means that I am easily accessible to both of my homes that I hold near and dear, it means my biological family and my chosen families can be equally accessible. It means that I won’t charge for wedding travel fees to Tahoe and still encourage potential California clients to reach out. This transition means I get to explore the beauty of Utah and all the nature it has to offer while penetrating a new and bustling market. In moving my base to Utah, I hope will give me greater access to travel for work, explore this beautiful world further, and to meet a whole new group of conscious individuals and couples and brands focused on health, wellness and consciousness. I hope to expand my offerings in wellness retreats and expand my personal exploration of yoga in my time here and as always look forward to building community from the ground up. I have so much gratitude for those who have helped me along the way, and those who have watched me build from the ground up. I look forward to this new adventure and watching my work develop along the way.
