This is a question I could spend hours speaking about. In each of our 1:1 sessions we create a safe and intimate container that starts the moment we have our consultation. I aim to take time with each client, get to know each one before I even touch the camera. Together we create a plan that leaves my clients feeling empowered to speak up for their needs and desires. In this time, I intuitively read and understand where your experience and comfort level are presently. In the container of our photoshoot I make sure to pay extra close attention to your comfort level, offer breaks, jokes and am always there cheer you on and assist with approachable yet flattering posing ideas.

This will be discussed during our consultation. I always recommend areas or elements you may be called to, forest, water, desert, etc. Within the Tahoe basin we have it all. For indoor or boudoir shoots I recommend Brick and Pine studio in Carson City or hotels and airbnbs. As a part of our consultation and package, I am happy to plan out these details for you.

Retouching can be a tricky subject. Personally, I love you the way you are and want to make sure we celebrate true authenticity. With that being said I also love beautiful editorial shots, buttery smooth skin and a good highlight pop. I will retouch and smooth out skin tastefully. I however, will not reshape you to be unrecognizable.
